Subscriber’s Agreement Assessment:
Subscriber agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Energia, dba Dewey Color System, harmless, including all of its members, principals, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, suits, judgments, costs and expenses of any nature, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, which Energia Inc. may incur, suffer or sustain by reason of Assessment Subscriber’s (or its members’, principals’, officers’, directors’, employees’, representatives’ and agents’) (a) including, but not limited to, the use of its Career Program or assessments, activities and sharing of information engaged in by Assessment Subscriber and (b) or its members, principals, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.

This Agreement shall be governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Georgia courts, state or federal, as applicable, shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any and all disputes arising under this Agreement.
